STATEMENT OF PURPOSES OF THE
PROFESSIONAL SQUASH COACHES
ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA INCORPORATED

The name of the Incorporated Association is the Professional Squash Coaches Association of Australia Incorporated.

The purposes of the Association are as follows:

1.    to promote and improve the game of squash in Australia.

2.     to promote the image, development and status of professional coaches within Australia by whatever means deemed viable at the time and to protect the interest of Association Members at all times.

3.     to arrange for the representation of the Association on the Australian Squash Rackets Association Incorporated or any body of a similar nature formed for the purpose of promoting and improving the game of squash.

4.     to settle disputes arising between Members of the Association.

5.     to hear and determine appeals from Members on matters of dispute and reference and to reprimand, fine or suspend any Member.

6.     to hear, determine, settle and resolve questions relating to registered and/or non-registered or qualified and/or non-qualified coaches and to act in the best interests of Association Members at all times.

7.     to maintain a close liaison with the Australian Squash Rackets Association Incorporated and any other body whose activities may from time to time be relevant to Association objectives and at the discretion of the Professional Squash Coaches Association of Australia Incorporated Board intercede in disputes.

8.     to invest and deal with such monies of the Association not immediately required in such manner as may from time to time be determined.

9.     to raise money by subscription and/or levy as deemed necessary by the Association and to grant any rights and privileges to Members.

10.   to do all such things and to invest in such enterprises as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the purposes and which are in the opinion of the Association conducive to the encouragement of the game.

11.    to do all or any of the foregoing matters or things either alone or in conjunction with any persons, associations or corporate bodies and with any duly constituted authority acting on behalf of the Crown.

12.    for all or any of the purposes aforesaid to employ and remunerate any person or persons in such manner as may be determined from time to time.
